Panthers News · National Signing Day

Yesterday, February 6th was the national letter of intent signing day across the country. We celebrated the day with four of our athletes signing a letter of intent. These young men have been great representatives of Harrison High School in competition and in life. We are very proud of their efforts and wish them the best of luck as they pursue their athletic and academic careers at the next level.

Two Panthers Orlando Westbrook Sanchez and Nate Mesa will be heading out of state to play football for Division II South Dakota School of Mines. You may have the opportunity to see them play locally as SDSM is the the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. Orlando is currently on the boys basketball team while Nate is wrestling. In the spring Nate will finish out his high school career throwing the shot and disc.

Devon Washington is headed north to run track at Colorado State University at Fort Collins. Devon will finish his senior year at Harrison with track this spring with efforts to win gold at the CHSAA state track and field meet.

Keyon McDonald will continue his wrestling career in at Northwest Technical College in Goodland, Kansas. Keyon started his wrestling career a bit late but has worked very hard to be at the level he is today.
